AI guest analysis · for holiday parks

Regulars AI analyses your whole guest list, and finds the bookings you're missing.

Keep your regular families: it flags who's overdue and writes to them first.

Refill your quiet months: it invites back the families who drifted off.

Hi Karen, the second week of January has been yours six years running, and you'd usually have booked by now. Want me to pencil you in?

How it works

  1. 1

    Connect your booking system

We connect a read-only API from NewBook, audit every booking in your system, and sort every family into seven groups.

    Your guest list

    • Gone quiet 2+ years$132,700 a season, gone since 2023164

The three highlighted groups are where the missing bookings are: 359 families, about $339,500 a season between them. No tagging, no lists to maintain: every family lands in one group and moves on its own.

    It reads every data point

    It picks who to contact

Every regular is tracked against their own booking rhythm and flagged the moment they fall behind it. Lapsed families are ranked by what they used to bring. First-timers due back soon get a nudge before the habit fades.

You get one short list a week

Eight or nine names, ranked by what's at stake. Cleared between checkouts. The Outcomes page counts the bookings that come back, so you see what it's earning.

    Outcome

    Keep the families you have

A family who's come seven Decembers doesn't announce they're leaving. They just don't book. Regulars flags them the week they're late, while their spot is still there. And first-timers get a note at the right moment, so one good stay becomes a tradition.

    Refill the quiet months

Past guests are the cheapest bookings you'll ever win. No commission, no ads, and they already know the park.

Stays by month, every year on record. January carries the park: 718 stays to February's 124.

Families who used to come that month and have gone quiet. Not strangers: past guests, already in your booking system with a number and a history.

Your current setup

Your booking system sends confirmations, pre-arrival emails and post-stay follow-ups. Every one is triggered by a booking that exists. Nothing fires when a family doesn't book.

Your email tool can blast everyone who hasn't stayed since some date. One cutoff, one generic message, a list built by hand.

Chain and agency marketing sells the brand: ads, SEO, newsletters. None of it knows your regulars by name.

With Regulars

It watches for the booking that didn't happen: every family measured against their own rhythm, flagged the week they're late.

Every message is written to one family from their own history: their week, their cabin, their years with you.

It works your own guest list, in your name, and stops the moment a family books.

Start here

We'll audit your guest database, free.

You set up nothing.

  • We connect to your NewBook and read your booking history.
  • We send back one page that shows where you stand: your repeat-family share, which regulars have gone quiet, and what they're worth.
  • If the numbers make you money, subscribe. If not, keep the audit.

Your data is used only for the audit, shared with no one, and deleted within 30 days.

Questions parks actually ask

Is this spam?

It's designed not to be. Regulars only contacts your own past guests, only where their profile allows marketing contact, and never anyone who's opted out anywhere. Every text carries "reply STOP", every email has one-click unsubscribe, and an opt-out is honoured everywhere, permanently. Under Australia's Spam Act you can message your own guests when they'd reasonably expect to hear from you, and that's exactly the lane Regulars stays in: your name, your park, families who've stayed with you. Nothing sends until you approve it.

Will this mess with my booking system?

No. We read your data through NewBook's own API and write nothing back, except an optional note on the guest's file saying you contacted them.

What do I have to set up?

Nothing technical. As part of the free setup we ask NewBook support to enable read-only API access for your account, using the exact wording they need, and we handle the rest. It takes them a few days at most.

What if I'm not on NewBook?

RMS Cloud support is next on our list. Leave your email and we'll tell you the moment it's ready.

Who sends the messages, you or me?

They come from your park: texts from your park's own number, emails signed with your name, replies land with you. Regulars drafts, you approve. If you edit a note before approving it, future drafts sound more like you.

Does it use AI?

For the writing, yes. It drafts each note from that family's own history so it reads like you wrote it. The part that decides who's overdue isn't clever at all: it's their own booking pattern and a calendar. We'd rather be right than sound sophisticated.

What does it cost?

The setup and the audit are free. After that it's a monthly subscription; we're settling the exact price with our first parks. The deal stays simple: the Outcomes page does the maths on your own bookings, and if it doesn't clearly pay for itself, quit. Cancel any time.
